I’m a founder, speaker, and thought leader in the personal development space who's committed with helping you unlock your potential, further your impact and elevate your confidence to share your mission with the world.
My work, is largely based on the power of your reclaiming your identity, journeying through self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal confidence. A true manifestor, a former clinical therapist- I’m deeply committed to conscious and abundant energy, working with compassion and empathy at the center of our work.
But my mission is to help you truly reclaim your inner identity to have the audacity to think big and the confidence to transform change!

My journey as a third culture kid- navigating the world while trying to make sense of my own identity. My story spans from a childhood spent in the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and finally to the US—with empathy playing a pivotal role. I reclaimed who I am based on who I desire to be and through a career in psychology for the past 18 years- I am ready to help you step into the best version of yourself!

Armed with a degree in Business Management and a specialization in Human Resources from Indiana University-Bloomington, I bring eight years of experience from the non-profit and tech startup realms, where I thrived as an Executive Assistant. In these roles, I embraced my position as a cross-functional collaborator, championing a servant leadership approach that underscored my commitment to collective success.
I am a lifelong learner by nature, and my insatiable curiosity drives my quest for growth both professionally and personally. This holistic approach infuses my work at RK Empathy, where I deftly leverage my diverse skill set to meet the evolving needs of our team.
