As long as I can remember, my mission has been to empower a world where empathy is at the forefront of our approach to human challenges. To raise the vibrations of how we engage, heal, and elevate the existence and purpose of our communities.

My work has been dedicated to empowering people, leaders, and communities to connect for the unifying purpose of elevating our collective human experience. And through this work, is a culmination of internal healing work, emotional intelligence, and community building.

As a former clinical therapist, an organizational psychologist, a researcher, and a creative, our work at RK Empathy is to champion changemakers and your organizations to lean into cultivating an empathy-based approach that grows your impact exponentially with your community, spreading positivity and prosperity.

My journey as a third culture kid- navigating the world while trying to make sense of my own identity, has deeply influenced this work. My story spans from a childhood spent in the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and finally to the US—with empathy playing a pivotal role. I reclaimed who I am based on how I desire to see this world exist and through a career in psychology for the past 18 years.
